Frank played four years at Southern New Hampshire University where he was captain his senior year. Before playing at Southern NH, Frank played four years at Arlington Catholic and did a post graduate year at South Kent School. He played his midget hockey for the Eastern Mass Senators, District 10 Bulldogs, and the Neponset Valley River Rats. Frank coached the Neponset Valley River Rats U16 Tier 1 team for three years before coming over to the Northern Cyclones. While coaching the River Rats, Frank led his team to a Massachusetts State Championship and to the National Tournament. Frank also runs the New England Nordiques summer program. Frank will be head coach of the U16 full season team along with the U19 full season team. He will also maintain his responsibilities with the Junior A team.
